Tom’s real estate activities include negotiating and interaction with architects, engineers, land use attorneys, environmental consultants, town planners, and other professionals. He has appeared before many community planning boards to obtain all necessary governmental approvals for real estate projects. He, along with his staff, supervises the projects from inception to completion. Tom, as a real estate professional, dedicates a significant portion of his energy developing and managing his various real estate projects. Many members of his team have been with him for over 25 years, and include a former mayor of a New Jersey municipality with significant experience in obtaining approvals.
